Ryan and Marcus are by far the finest gentlemen and mechanics in the industry. So professional — they even drop-clothed my driveway to keep sawdust off it while building the custom cab. Our new elevator is so smooth and quiet you don't know it's moving until the door unlocks. Best and most helpful customer service experience I've ever had, and I wasn't even a customer. Ryan spent almost 4 hours with me on the phone and FaceTime helping diagnose the issue with my lift and helped order the parts needed for repair. I was cold-calling from out of state and Sterling wasn't the original point of purchase — they still helped me with nothing to gain besides this review. Service like this is almost unheard of.
